During this time I became interested in learning and practicing Pilates through apparatus. As I gained two years of experience on the Reformer and Stability Chair at a local Pilates studio, I obtained my certification on the Reformer and Tower through Balanced Body University. I have since gained five more years of experience teaching for numerous Pilates studios and fitness facilities.
